Al and his team at Pacific Living Contracting were excellent to work with from start to finish. Al is extremely responsive and communicates promptly at every step, and he and his crew run a tight, well-organized operation. They finished the work ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable, and Al himself is a genuinely personable guy who's easy to work with. Highly recommend him for any contracting needs!

Was great working with Al and his crew. We had a lean to put on the side of the house and turned out so nice my friends wanted to turn it into a Tiki Bar

Al was incredible easy to deal with. I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Our bathroom reno is more than what I could have asked for.
He has an eye for how things work together - he provided great suggestions along the way.

A big thanks out to Al Brownsdon and his company for doing an amazing job on a very challenging project. Our mantel turned out better than we expected, beautiful craftsmanship and finished to our exact specification. We would recommend this company for detailed carpentry work. Thanks from Tana and Doug.

We recently completed a renovation with Pacific Living Contracting, and the finished product is absolutely amazing. The owner, Al, was fantastic to deal with from start to finish—incredibly responsive, helpful, and collaborative.

He coordinates top-tier subcontractors; a special shout-out to Bright, who did a phenomenal job installing our new floors. The entire space has been transformed with beautifully painted ceilings and walls, fresh carpet installation, and a gorgeous new fireplace complete with a custom maple mantle. We especially appreciated the extra touches Al suggested, like updating the staircase railings in matching maple and staining them the exact same color. It ties everything together and looks incredibly sleek and modern.

Al genuinely cares about high-quality work, and it shows in every detail. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again as our general contractor!

Al and his team at Pacific Living Contracting were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We had our basement repaired after a flood. The products presented were of great quality, the timeline and communication were good, and the final results look great!
