Poly-B replacement is more than replacing the plumbing behind the walls.

Once the existing Poly-B is removed and the new system is installed, the walls and ceilings opened during the work still need to be restored.

Pacific Living Contracting coordinates the process from access openings and Poly-B replacement through drywall restoration, ceiling restoration, painting and finishing.

A Complete Poly-B Project From Start to Finish

Replacing Poly-B can involve several stages of work throughout the home.

Our approach brings the construction and restoration stages together:

Access → Replacement → Restoration → Painting → Finishing

The goal is to complete the work behind the walls while also bringing the visible areas of the home back to finished condition.

 

Access Openings

The first stage may require opening selected walls or ceilings to access the existing Poly-B piping. We plan the required access as part of the overall project so the restoration work can follow once the replacement is complete.

Poly-B Replacement

The existing Poly-B is replaced as part of the plumbing work. Pacific Living Contracting coordinates the construction process around the replacement, including the access and restoration stages required throughout the project.

Drywall Restoration

Once the plumbing work is complete, opened walls and ceilings need to be repaired. We restore the affected drywall areas through patching, finishing and preparation for painting.

Ceiling Restoration

Where access openings or construction work have affected ceilings, we restore the surfaces as part of the project. This can include drywall repair, finishing and preparation for the final coat of paint.

Painting & Finishing

The final stage brings the repaired areas back into the finished space. Walls and ceilings are prepared, painted and finished so the visible signs of the construction work are addressed.

The walls and ceilings opened during the project need to be brought back to their finished condition.
